A week of timesheets, down to half an hour
98.8% less time, and the hours are ready the same day instead of five days later.
Terravise gives you the tools you actually use — nothing more, nothing less. Pick the features that match how you work and skip everything that slows you down.
Terravise
Most landscaping and construction software makes you adapt to its structure. Terravise is configured around your business — your services, your crew, your workflow. Every part of the platform is designed to be intuitive and flexible, so your team actually uses it.
Each module is purpose-built for how landscaping and construction businesses actually run — maintenance routes, installs, and site work alike.
From the first site visit to the final walkthrough, each project carries its own budget, punch list, and customer record — so you always know where a job stands and what it has cost you so far.
Price a job from the same catalog and rates your crew actually buys and bills at. Break it out by labor, materials, equipment, and everything else — then send the client a link to review and approve.
Invoice from the work that actually happened, and keep every expense and vendor bill against the job it belongs to. Everything syncs both ways with QuickBooks, so your books stay the system of record.
Your crew clocks in from the field with their location captured. Timesheets route to the approvers you designate, and approved hours come out clean at the other end — costed to the job, and ready to hand to whoever runs your payroll.
Vendors send price lists as PDFs. Terravise reads them, matches each line to your master catalog, and keeps every vendor's price for the same item side by side — so estimates are built on what things cost this season, not last.
A crew lead, an office manager, and an owner should not see the same screens. User groups let you decide exactly what each role can open and edit — and adding an employee sets up their login for you.
Jobs and tasks on a Gantt timeline, with dependencies that actually cascade. Move one date because of weather and everything downstream moves with it — nobody re-types the plan.
Lay the design over a map of the actual site, or upload the PDF plan and draw straight on it. Shapes carry real areas, so a bed or a patio comes back in square feet instead of a guess.
Build the purchase order off the job's own material list, email it to the vendor, and receive against it from the field. Partial deliveries are normal, so the order stays open until the rest shows up.
Terravise is configured around your business — not the other way around. Every step is about making sure the platform fits exactly how you operate.
We start with a deep-dive into your services, crew structure, and day-to-day workflow. The more we understand your operation, the better we can tailor the platform to it.
Bring over your clients, crews, and job history from a spreadsheet or another tool. Our team does the import — zero manual entry required.
Your business isn't static — and neither is your software. As your team and services evolve, we work with you to make sure the platform keeps fitting the way you operate.
Short walkthroughs of real problems taken off a company's desk — the before, what changed, and what it actually saved.
98.8% less time, and the hours are ready the same day instead of five days later.
14,000 items pulled into one master list, so estimates carry this season's cost and nothing gets typed twice.
Deliveries received against the PO from the field — partial ones too, with the shortages logged.
No per-seat fees, and no bundle you only half use. You pay for the modules your business runs on — the ones you skip never show up on the invoice or on your team's screens.
Plus a one-time implementation fee, quoted up front.
You'll have the whole number — monthly and implementation — before you commit to anything. Nothing is usage-based, and nothing changes after the fact. The 500-login ceiling is well past what most companies need; if you're genuinely bigger than that, it's a conversation rather than a surprise on the invoice.
Cloud architecture, process automation, software development, AI implementation, analytics, and file & data management are quoted per project — a scope and a number, with no monthly platform fee attached to any of it. Plenty of this work has nothing to do with landscaping or construction, and plenty of companies come to us for one piece of it and never touch the platform at all.
The platform covers the work your crews do every day. These are the pieces around it — the infrastructure it runs on, the software that doesn't exist yet, and the office work nobody should still be doing by hand.
We design and build the cloud infrastructure your business runs on — from a single application to a full environment, with the security, backups, and cost controls already in place.
Every business has work that happens the same way every week — re-typing the same numbers, chasing the same approvals, rebuilding the same report. We find that work and take it off your desk.
Sometimes what you need doesn't exist yet — or it exists as three tools that refuse to talk to each other. We build the thing, from the database up, and hand over software your team owns rather than rents.
AI earns its place where it removes real work — reading documents, drafting the same reply for the hundredth time, finding the one answer buried in a pile of records. We work as AI engineers and have built these systems across a range of industries, which also means we'll tell you when the honest answer is a spreadsheet.
Most businesses already have the numbers and still can't answer a simple question about them. We came up as data engineers building exactly this in industries with very different definitions of a good week — the reporting layer someone actually opens on a Monday morning, not a report that gets rebuilt by hand every month.
Contracts in somebody's inbox, site photos on a phone, the only copy of a spec on a desktop that hasn't been backed up. We get your files and records into one organized system — searchable, permissioned, and backed up — and move the history across without losing it.
Any of these are available on their own or alongside the platform. If you're not sure which you need, that's what the first conversation is for.
A small engineering team — small enough that you talk to the people writing the code rather than a support queue.
Engineering that started on job sites and moved through software, data, and AI — plus years spent inside operations teams, where the process problems actually live. We've built and run production systems in healthcare, transportation, gaming, and e-learning: industries with nothing in common except somebody doing by hand what a system should have been doing for them.

Most platforms are one-size-fits-all — you get every feature whether you need it or not, and your team has to work around a structure built for someone else. Terravise is configured specifically for your business, so the platform reflects how you actually operate rather than forcing you to adapt.
Yes. The platform was built for both, and for the companies that do both. Site work, installs, and build-outs run through the same projects, estimates, and invoicing as maintenance work — a fixed-price job with a budget to track against and a punch list at the end behaves exactly the way a recurring route does. Your catalog carries whatever you actually buy, whether that's plant material, aggregate, or hardscape, and labor and equipment rates are kept as their own lists.
Terravise is a web application — no downloads or installs needed. Your whole team accesses it through a browser on any device, whether that's a desktop in the office or a tablet in the field.
We work with you to understand how your business runs, then configure Terravise to match — not the other way around. Changes and additions are always just a conversation away.
Every account includes a live onboarding session. There's also a user manual built into the platform, and a What's New page so your team can see what changed and when.
Yes — we'll set you up with a free trial workspace for a week. It isn't an empty shell: it comes loaded with a fictional company that already has customers, projects, estimates that tie to their invoices, employees, time entries, and a price list, so you can click through a system that behaves like a real one. Nothing in it is another customer's data, and none of it carries over — when you sign up we configure your workspace around your business and import your own records.
Not directly. You create and send invoices from Terravise, and clients can approve or reject them online, but payments themselves run through QuickBooks. Invoices, bills, and expenses sync both ways, so your accountant keeps working the way they already do.
The platform is built for landscaping and construction — including companies that do both, where a maintenance route and a site-work job need to live in the same system. Our other services aren't industry-specific at all: cloud architecture, software development, AI implementation, analytics, and process automation. If you have systems that don't talk to each other, or work that's still being done by hand, that conversation is worth having regardless of what you do.
